7. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • ZenFlexHato is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays).

  • If your package is delayed or lost during transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

  • For damaged or lost packages, please contact ZenFlexHato customer support at info@zenflexhato.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

  • ZenFlexHato is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier once the package leaves our facility. We recommend you check the tracking information and contact the carrier for updates.

9. Shipping to PO Boxes

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes for international orders. For domestic orders, we may ship to PO Boxes if the carrier allows. Please ensure your PO Box is supported by the shipping carrier when placing your order.
